Dr. Tuby Akinlosotu is a bestselling author, organizational leadership and development expert, business growth strategist, sales and communication strategist, educator, and entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience developing people and helping organizations grow.

She holds a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership & Development. Her dissertation research, Building Resilience to Stress & Burnout Using Proactive Coping Strategies, examined resilience and the proactive strategies people can use to navigate stress and burnout. That research continues to inform her work developing resilient leaders, teams, and organizations equipped to remain effective through growth, increased responsibility, and change.

Dr. Tuby’s ability to develop people and improve performance began long before entrepreneurship. During her 12-year tenure as an educator, her students consistently achieved exceptional academic outcomes, with reading scores reaching up to 67% higher than those of other educators in her district. Her influence expanded beyond her own classroom as she trained and coached fellow educators and developed curriculum used throughout the district.

Those experiences shaped an approach she continues to bring to businesses and organizations today: establish clear outcomes, develop people effectively, measure progress, identify performance gaps, strengthen communication, and create systems that allow successful methods to be consistently implemented by others.
